Suppose there is already a podcast called "My podcast". Can I launch my podcast under the same name, even though I am not the owner of the podcast that already exists?
Technically this is possible, but experience shows that it is not a good idea. The problem is that it confuses listeners: it will not be clear which podcast is which.
There is also a good chance that the owner of the other podcast will not be happy about it and will try to convince you to pick a different name.
Our advice when you choose a name for a podcast: pick a name that is not in use yet.
