Make sure you have an Apple ID. If you do not have one yet, you can create one here:

After that you can add your podcast through Podcast Connect:

Click the Add (+) button and choose New Show.
Enter your RSS feed.

Choose whether you want to limit access for users within your Apple Podcasts Connect account. If you limit access and you have already set up users in the Account menu, only the selected users can see the show in Apple Podcasts Connect. → In your situation we assume that you do not want to limit access.
Click Add.
Check the details of your show on the Show Information page to make sure everything is correct.
Set the content rights and confirm that your show has the rights for any third party content.
Give contact details for the show, so that Apple can reach someone if there is a problem.
On the left you choose Availability.
- Countries or Regions: Choose where your show should be available. You can change this at any time.
- Distribution: Choose whether you want to make your feed public. If you select this, your RSS feed becomes available in the Apple Podcasts Catalog API, so that app developers can include your show in their apps.
- Transcripts: Choose whether you want to deliver transcripts of episodes yourself through the RSS feed, or whether Apple should generate them.
- Show Release: Choose whether you want to release your show right away, or select a date, time and time zone for the release on Apple Podcasts.
- Show Claiming: Choose whether you want to prevent anyone from generating a claim token for your show. Please note: your show can only be claimed if someone has direct access to your RSS feed.
- Add a subscription (optional): You can add promotional information and artwork and set prices and trial periods.
